I have decided to make my new years resolution. Next year, I am going to continue to work out , keep fit and stay in shape. I have been working out for many years, and I feel strong, confident and energized. I am not stressed, and I think working out has a lot to do with it. I feel better about myself because I am fit. I feel younger.
When I am working out, some days it seems the hardest thing to do, but I feel so good afterwards. I don't want to pick some resolution I am not going to stick with, so this year, I am going to stick with what I am already doing.
