November's Challenge

Well I have completed October's challenge with flying colors, I must add. You can read all about here.

With the new month starting, I am starting a new challenge. This month I am going to focus on upper body muscles.
My lower body muscles with all my running, biking and power walking is strong. My upper body, is not as strong as the lower body. So this month I am going to work on push ups and sit ups. I will still focus on my running, biking and walking and just add this to the end of my workout.

My goal is to start at 2 sets of 20 sit ups (40) and 2 sets of 10 push ups(20) per day and increase every week by 5 or whatever I feel is manageable. . By the end of the month, I will report how I am doing.
