October's Challenge

With September almost behind us, I am happy to report that I met my September challenge and worked out an hour five days a week. I am happy that I did it. I feel good and I feel stronger than ever.
I am going to continue the same challenge into October, but I am going to record the amount of Kilometers I do in a day and track it for the month. When October is over, my new challenge might be to surpass my October numbers. It's always good to strive for better.

Since October starts mid week. I am starting this already since I like to start things at the beginning of the week. Yesterday I went for a run, and I ran for 5.16 KM and I walked 1.25 KM. So far I am at 6.41KM. I will be recording my daily and weekly numbers. This week, might be the smallest amount, because there is a PD day on Friday and I have promised the kids we would go do some fun things together. We will see, I might try to squeeze it in that morning or just go out on the weekend.

Week 1 - 6.41km+6.62km+8.69km+6.14km+6.03km = 33.89km

Week 2 - 6.16km+14.16km+6.24+6.06+5.50km = 38.12km

Week 3 -5.67km+14.16km+5.39km+11.08km+3.80km = 40.10km

Week 4 -4.9km+ 4km+4.84+5.31+13.25km =32.30km

Week 5 -4.84km+3.74km+4.07km+5.15km+5.43km =23.23km

For the month of October I tracked 167.64km.. WOW. I did that in one month. I am very pleased with my results.
