November update and December's challenge

Well if you read my November challenge, you will see my goal was to focus on upper body muscles and I did not do well at all.
I found it hard to fit it into my routine. When I did remember I did pretty good. I ended up getting up to 2 sets of 15 push ups from 10 and 2 sets of 20 sit ups(no improvement).

For December I will try this one again, hoping to get up to 2 sets of 30 push ups and 2 sets of 50 sit ups. I will have to get myself into a routine after my workout to spend the 5 or so minutes and do it. I will let you know how I do in the new year. I hope I do better this time around then I did in November.
