They are sitting on the stove cooling and I will put them in the freezer shortly.
Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies
(a bit of work, but worth it in the end)
1 pkg cream cheese(250g)
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 squares(or 4 oz) melted semi sweet chocolate
1 pkg white baking chocolate
sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl until well blended - add flour and baking soda - mix well - blend in semi sweet chocolate
Shape spoonfuls of dough into balls - roll each ball into a rope - place on baking sheet bending top of each to form a candy cane shape
Bake 10-12 minutes - cool on sheet 5 min - cool on wire rack - microwave white chocolate - drizzle over cookies - sprinkle and let stand until chocolate is firm.

S'more snack treats
44 squares of graham crackers broken into bite size pieces
3 TBSP margarine
10oz of marshmallows
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
In a bowl combine margarine and marshmallows - microwave for approx. 3 minutes until marshmallows are puffy - Remove and stir till creamy - Add graham cracker pieces and stir until coated in marshmallow - Spread mixture in a 13x9 greased pan - sprinkle with chocolate chips pressing lightly with hands - Chill at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
